Guitarras Flamenco Madrid informs that can change prices and specifications of products and services listed on this website without notice. The budgets sent to customers are valid up to 15 days.


Under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that by completing this form, your personal data will be stored and processed in files owned by Guitarras Flamenco Madrid, in order to serve the product purchased, and to keep you informed by electronic means, about issues relating to the business of the Company and its services. We will ship products by UPS or other companies, totally pre-paid. All shipping costs and insurance are paid by the buyer. Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until received and inspected by Guitarras Flamenco Madrid.

Guitars are sent to you fully insured. You are responsible for all damage to the guitar from the time it is received by you, until returned to Guitarras Flamenco Madrid in the same condition as received. If returned it is highly recommended that you insure the guitar for its full value. Guitars must be returned by overnight or second day air by serious companies, for example UPS. Client is responsible for all shipping charges (both directions if applicable) and foreign clients are responsible for all duties.


Unilateral revocation of the requested order: according to what the 44th article of the act 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista says, the customer (only the natural persons who purchase, use, or enjoy the product as the final consignees are considered consumers or users) will have the right to void the requested order within 15 days from the day the product was received, as long as he/she previously informs to Guitarras Flamenco Madrid about the cancellation during this period in order to open the appropiate channels to perform the return (return number and return procedure and delivery address). Only the price the customer had paid for the product will be refunded. In case of exercising this right of revocation, the return expenses and the possible damages on the product will be assumed by the customer.

Guitars we specifically order or customize for you cannot be returned.

A returned product will not be accepted in case it has been excessively used. A handled or used product loses part of its value, even being in perfect condiction, thus its refund value could not be its purchase value.

The return of the following products will never be performed:

  • Every product with its packaging/wrapping damaged.
  • Every product not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Every product previously handled by someone who’s not from our staff.

Client is responsible for all shipping charges (both directions if applicable) and foreign clients are responsible for all duties.


The customer, buyer or user of the products offered by Guitarras Flamenco Madrid is responsible of the product choice, as well as the use or function he/she set it for. According to the information gathered in the catalogues, technical data sheets, general information documents and tariffs of the product, www.ukeukes.com neither takes any responsibility nor assure that the product is the most appropiate for the use expected by the customer or user.


All the prices displayed at Guitarras Flamenco Madrid don´t include the Spanish VAT (21%).


1.- Payment in advance through bank transfer:

The buyer will have to send a bank transfer to the Guitarras Flamenco Madrid account for the amount of the price of the products of the order plus the postage and packing.

On the transfer, the customer will have to provide the name of the person or organisation that will appear at the invoice and identify toGuitarras Flamenco Madrid as the payee of the transaction.

The transfer must be sent to the bank account within seven days from the day the order was placed. If, after this period, there’s no evidence of any payment, the order will be automatically voided.

2.- Payment by cash on delivery:

The payment will be made in cash at the package’s arrival at the delivery address provided by the customer. The amount will be the sum of the prices of the products plus postage and packing plus cash on delivery expenses.

The buyer must pay cash, no checks will be accepted.

In case we get the package back for not being accepted by the customer, he/she will have to pay the both ways postage and packing expenses, otherwise a legal claim will be filed if necessary.

3.- Payment by Paypal:

The payment will be made at the end of the purchase. The buyer must do it by means of his/her Paypal account indicating on the payee’s box the address info@guitarrasflamencomadrid.com. This payment method is instantaneous, thus it speeds up the purchase process.


Guitarras Flamenco Madrid offers international shipping service for all countries and regions. We usually ship via UPS for international services because they deliver effectively and safely to most places and treat our merchandise with care.
